Cindy and Margaret are our HACCP certified Chefs who provides nutritious and tasty food to our children each day. We ensure that children receive the recommended diet for the age group. Each day the menu is displayed at collection areas or in children under two in their copy books. We ensure that children receive healthy and varied food which offers lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and protein. Our menus are planned in accordance with HSE guidelines and the HACCP Food Safety System.

We cater for any dietary requirements you or your child may have and will consult with parents on their children’s specific needs. We take special care for children with allergies and ensure they do not come in contact with allergic substances to the best of our power. Each room contains a notice board where we keep notifications of any child in the rooms special dietary requirements. We encourage children to learn about how important healthy food. The curriculum for our older children included learning about food groups, how important it is to have a balanced diet and allowing the children themselves to be involved in their own making juices, smoothies or pizzas.
